It is important to us to keep the waiting times at the practice as low as possible.

Therefore, please note the following:

• Please schedule your appointment online to secure your desired date and time. Please indicate the reason for your visit and any desired additional services.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us in good time.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment in order for us to carry out the necessary admission formalities, blood withdrawals and preliminary examinations.
• Please do not forget to bring along your valid insurance card or a health insurance certificate.
• Please remember to always bring all relevant documents to your appointment (previous operation records, medication plans, old maternity leave, etc.).
• Please do not forget your vaccination certificate, so that if necessary, important vaccinations, such as the annual flu vaccine, can be administered.

In case of an emergency, please contact our office so that we can help you with a suitable short-term appointment.
